Customer Service Policy AB FAB is very proud of the customer service that we offer our pupils. We involve the pupils in the learning process as this is their driving lesson. We are able to adapt our training around individual needs this includes work, college, university schedules etc. We offer tuition Monday – Sunday with flexible times available. We book our pupils tests for them, this way it ensures that our cars have not been double booked and avoids disappointment. We give help and support with theory/hazard perception test, and can offer in-car DVD training or home tuition. We use the most current DSA theory information and again we can book our pupils test for them.

AB FAB Achievements

AB FAB Driving School was established in October 2004 and is now a Multi award winning company.

In November 2005 we were runners up in the North East Business Women Entrepreneurs. This was a huge achievement for the company especially as this was the first time we had entered for this award. These awards are one of the largest in the area and cover all of the North East Region.

We also won the Best New Business Award 2005. AB FAB won BNBA for the Service Industry, and again this was the first time we had entered for the award. This is particularly special as we won this for the excellent customer service that we offer our pupils. Recently we received an award to recognise our contribution to society from Pertemps People Development Group.

Our expansion is also a massive achievement for ourselves as our company has grown by a staggering 350%. We are also attracting driving instructors from large multi national companies, due to the commitment and enthusiasm that we give our business.
